The Georgian Ministry of Health webpage for Covid-19 vaccination registration, booking.moh.gov.ge, which was disabled disabled following a cyber attack yesterday, is now back online.
Registration for the first dose of Sinopharm vaccine was scheduled to start 12 p.m. in Georgia yesterday after the country received additional one million doses of Chinese Sinopharm and Sinovac Covid-19 vaccines.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) approved the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine for emergency use in all countries, giving the green light for this vaccine to be rolled out globally, including in Georgia in early May.
The Sinopharm is an inactivated vaccine called SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine (Vero Cell), produced by Beijing Bio-Institute of Biological Products Co Ltd, subsidiary of China National Biotec Group (CNBG).
Georgia has reported 1,026 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting a total of 33,002 tests over the last 24 hours. Out of the 1,026 new cases 633 were reported in Tbilisi.

One million doses of Chinese Sinopharm and Sinovac Covid-19 vaccines have arrived in Georgia and the country is starting mass vaccination on July 5, announces Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili. In addition, Garibashvili announced that one million doses of Pfizer vaccine will be gradually introduced in the country starting July.
Georgia has reported 1,407 new cases of coronavirus, 591 recoveries and 10 deaths in the past 24 hours. In total, 25,606 tests have been conducted around the country of which 15,693 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 9,913 were PCR tests. Since February 26, 2020 Georgia has had 371,293 cases of coronavirus, 355,718 recoveries and 5,383 deaths.
Georgia has reported 1,392 new cases of coronavirus, 531 recoveries and 11 deaths in the past 24 hours. In total, 38,136 tests have been conducted around the country of which 17,650 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 20,486 were PCR tests.

In total, 111,589 people (or 3% of total population) are fully vaccinated and 283,631 people (or 7.6% of total population) have received one dose of Covid-19 vaccine in Georgia as of July 8, announces Georgia's National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
