German airline Condor begins operation in Georgia

German-based Condor airlines will begin operating regular flights to Tbilisi International Airport starting May 1, the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency announced on Thursday. 

The Agency also revealed the airline would perform Frankfurt-Tbilisi-Frankfurt flights twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, until October 28.

Offering transit flights to around 90 destinations in Europe, Africa and North America, Condor Airlines was granted a permit to operate in Georgia on April 20 by the country’s Civil Aviation Agency. 

Established in 1995, the airline company operates a fleet of over 50 aircraft.
