Georgia reports 234 new Covid-19 cases, 349 recoveries, 9 deaths

Georgia has reported 234 new cases of coronavirus, 349 recoveries and nine deaths over the last 24 hours.

Out of the 234 new cases:

• 135 were reported in Tbilisi
• 27 - in Imereti
• 23 - in Shida Kartli
• 12 - in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti
• 12 - in Kakheti
• 10 - in Adjara
• 7 - in Guria
• 4 - in Kvemo Kartli
• 2 - in Mtskheta-Mtianeti
• 1 - in Samtskhe-Javakheti
• 1 - in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti

Meanwhile, a total of 15,919 tests have been conducted, including 6,210 rapid tests and 9,709 PCR tests.

As of now, Georgia has confirmed a total of 272,851 cases of Covid-19 since last February, including 266,693 recoveries and 3,576 deaths; 2,556 people remain infected with coronavirus.
