Fire extinguished at residential building in Tbilisi, no casualties

A fire that broke at a residential building in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi earlier today has been extinguished. 

The Emergency Management Service has reported that no one was injured in the fire that broke on the upper floor of a nine-storey residential building.

People have been evacuated from the neighbouring apartments to avoid any damage.
