An extreme zip line zone will be arranged in Martvili Canyon and in the village of Kinchkha, which is located near the Okatse waterfall, in western Georgia.

The Martvili Canyon tourist spot underwent major infrastructure upgrades in 2016 as the Georgian government allocated more than half a million US dollars to install tourist tracks, bridges and lookout points to rejuvenate the territory.

Martvili and Okatse are attractive locations for tourists, largely in the summer.

Martvili Canyon was the second most popular place visited, with 74,580 guests in the first seven months of 2017.

In the same period, Okatse Canyon hosted 38,088 visitors and was ranked the fifth most visited site in Georgia’s protected areas.

Okatse Canyon is located in the Khoni Municipality of the Imereti region, 50km north-east of Martvili.
