Eight people including a seven-month-old child have been injured in an explosion in Tbilisi’s Digomi district this morning.
The explosion happened on the fourth floor of a five-storey residential building, allegedly because of a gas leak.
An investigation is looking into violations of safety procedures.
Healthcare Minister Davit Sergeenko said the health condition of the injured is are “average”. He said they have been taken to different hospitals and doctors are sparing no efforts to help them recover
